Returns policy for Eshop orders
According to the provisions of the Law on Consumer Protection, the customer has the right to withdraw unjustifiably and return the product within fourteen (14) days from the date of receipt. The product must be in its original condition, not used, its packaging must be intact (closed) and must contain the original contents. In this case, the return costs will be borne by the customer.
In case of defective product, in terms of its function (DOA), the customer has the right to withdraw with a refund or replace the defective product with a new one or replace it with another model of his choice at a corresponding price (for price differences contact the store is required) within fourteen (14) days from the date of receipt. In this case, the costs of return (or of the new shipment, in cases of replacement / change) will be borne by the Company.
