Returns policy for Eshop orders
According to the provisions of the Law on Consumer Protection, the customer has the right to withdraw unjustifiably and return the product within fourteen (14) days from the date of receipt. The product must be in its original condition, not used, its packaging must be intact (closed) and must contain the original contents. In this case, the return costs will be borne by the customer.

In this case, the costs of return (or of the new shipment, in cases of replacement / change) will be borne by the Company.
